Hot For Dior's Haute Couture

I know I am a little late, but I thought I would talk about Christian Dior's haute couture collection. I kind of new to the whole haute couture aspect of the fashion industry. I mean I never really thought the clothes were wearable. If you have seen haute couture clothing, you know what I am talking about. Anyway, one haute couture designer I do know of is Christian Dior. His haute couture collections are unbelievable! As Rachel Zoe would say, " I Die!". I can't believe someone could think up such fabulous collections.

Dior's 2011 collection is the first collection without John Galliano since 1996! A lot of people were curious about how this collection would turn. Would it be just as amazing as the previous ones? I think so! This collection is unbeliveably colorful and funky. It features whimsical prints, crazy seperates, lots of ruffles, and very artsy hats. Here are some of my fave looks from the show:

Well, I hope you liked the collection and I hope you start to pay attention to haute couture collections! I definetly will if they are as great as this collection! Even thought some of these outfits are not totally wearable, you can still get some amazing ideas! They'll definetly get your creative juices flowing! I can't wait to concoct some crazy looks!
